Parents and guardians are finding a hard time to get money for hostel  fees after multiple reports coming in suggest that some Makerere University hostels  are already kicking students out over failure to clear the fees.

Yvonne Moet, 23, has been forced to put the fryers she uses in her business on sale in a bid to raise money for her brother’s hostel fees after receiving notification that they will kick him out of hostel on Monday.

Moet inboxed singer Bruno K as she was looking for someone to buy the fryers at UGX 350,000.

“I kindly need you to help me I am 23 years looking after my siblings and one of them is at campus. I have to pay the hostel fee by Monday because they want to chase him out so  I have decided to sell my fryer if anyone can help me and buy at 350k, I will be glad,” Yvonne’s message to Bruno K reads in part.
