Hairbyzziwa, a renowned salon located at Krishna Mall in Kisementi, has been a staple in the beauty industry for many years, catering to both celebrities and non-celebrities alike. Its founder, Kennedy Zziwa, envisioned expanding his influence beyond just a salon, leading to the creation of Zziwa hair products and the Zziwa Hair Academy in Banda in 2018.
Six years after its initial establishment, the Zziwa Hair Academy has expanded once again, opening a new branch in Nansana. The launch event, held yesterday, also celebrated the graduation of 56 students from the Banda campus.
The graduates received Diplomas and Certificates in various courses, including:

The graduation day was filled with activities aimed at both education and celebration. The program began with a masterclass in fashion and design, facilitated by renowned model trainer Joram Job Muzira. This session provided invaluable insights and advanced techniques to the attendees.
In the evening, the festivities continued with a cocktail event and a vibrant fashion show featuring collections from top fashion houses such as Strat Bridals, Kai’s Divos, House of Senkulu, and Anitah Beryl’s fashion house. The event was a spectacular showcase of creativity and style.
The celebration reached its peak with live performances from popular Ugandan artistes KaRungi, Nutty Neithan, and Lillian Mbabazi. Their energetic and engaging performances added a festive atmosphere to the already jubilant event.
