Professor waswa Balunywa, the principal Makerere University Business School (MUBS) has advised students at MUBS to strive at creating opportunities in order to earn profits as opposed to earning salaries.
This he said as he addressed Students at the SICA MUBS (Students Information and Computing Association of Makerere University Business School) forum on Thursday April 7th, 2022.
“After university, always search for a profit than looking for a salary, its through these profits that you will be happier,” Professor Balunywa advised.
Professor Waswa Balunywa believes that its only profits that can make one happier. He also tasked MUBS students to keep away from drugs and guard their lives jealously from HIV.
Professor Balunywa’s advice comes a month away from the Makerere University graduation ceremony in which thousands of graduands anticipate to graduate.
Graduates often find a hard time to fit into life after university as they run places in search for employment opportunities, those lucky to find them, having prospects of earning only as much as they hope to.
