The fourth Annual Makerere University Business School (MUBS) Alumni run is hours away and all seems to be in place for the participants.
MUBS alumni run organizers have today released the route map for the charity marathon, illustrating both the 5km and 10km paths.
The run is scheduled to start at 6:45am under the theme “Enable Women With Disability Get University Education” and all proceeds collected will be diverted to the mentioned cause.
The run will be graced by iconic names in Uganda’s athletics narrative with Olympic gold medalist and National Council of Sports board member, Stephen Kiprotich being the guest runner.
Kiprotich will as well be accompanied by former World Champion, Dorcas Inzikuru, weeks after her appointment as the new athletics coach at MUBS.
The run has been stratified into; 5KM and 10KM races with participants in each paying UGX 20,000 to be a part.
