Makerere University dropout Anita Fabiola has been confirmed as the event MC for the Bell Lager powered concert dubbed “West Africa to Kampala” concert. In a concert that will feature Nigeria’s trending singers Mr Eazi and Tekno, Fabiola will host this event alongside NBS’ MC Kats who were officially unveiled at a presser that happened yesterday at Serena hotel’s Mist gardens.
According to Talent Africa’s CEO, Ally Alibhai, Fabiola and Kats will host one of the biggest concerts of the year expected to attract an audience of over 15,000 people or more depending on their estimated targeted audience. This highly anticipated show will happen later today at Lugogo cricket oval with no tickets sold at the entry gate. Apparently tickets will be sold at Shoprite parking side instead.
Besides Fabiola and her hosting deal, Mr Eazi also promised a thrilling concert while addressing the media but also noted that he will get lessons from Uganda’s female Dancehall ‘King’ Cindy among other artistes.
Ykee Benda who also happens to be one of the artist set to perform alongside these Nigerian fresh bloods, revealed that he will not perform but he’ll actually kill the performance. We are yet to witness whether their words are put into action.
