As students plan for the new academic year 2015/2016 , con-men commonly known as ” Bafele” are not sleeping, they too are planning how to earn a living from stealing from the students
The Principal Prof. Waswa Balunywa has warned the students to be aware of bafele (Con men) who are targeting students and con them of their valuables including laptops, phones, bags, money among others. The con-men stop unsuspecting students and tell them that they are magicians and at times threaten them with all kinds of things about what will happen to them if they speak out. The victims simply keep quiet and these con men steal their property.
“Be aware of these con men, do not allow to be stopped by any stranger, avoid taking free lifts from people you do not know and do not walk a lone at night,” Balunywa advised.
