We all know that birthdays are typically anticipated with excitement and joy, as they mark a special day in someone’s life. However, not all birthdays go as planned.
Celebrating her 26th birthday, social media influencer & YouTube Vlogger, Methia Lydia Nabawanda has embarked on social media quest to have her tuition balance at University settled. It’s upon that basis that a tweet she made, in what netizens have termed “begging”, the student called upon well-wishers to support her struggle to pay up her tuition.
The tweet evidently didn’t sit well with Ugandans on Twitter (UOT) given her (Methia) twitter background which is marred with resentment for broke men and suggesting a fancy lifestyle upon herself.
“I resumed school this year but paying my tuition has been a big challenge” Nabawanda’s tweet reads, in part.
The young & fine lady is pursuing her studies at ISBAT University and is struggling with an outstanding balance of about Shs. 1.3 million.
A section of tweeters have wondered how she can afford a luxury of (but not limited to) flagship iPhones with other accessories attached, which cost thrice the amount of her tuition.
Meanwhile, for starters, a slay queen is young female who is active on social media and pretends to afford a lavish partying lifestyle.
