I thank all students of Kyambogo University who voted for the Guild President elect, Tunduru Jonathan (The Generational Activist) who ran as the #PeoplePower candidate.

I called upon them to embrace unity and work with all students for the better of the university and our nation. The other candidates too put up a good fight, and I encouraged comrade Jonathan to work with them and advance the cause of freedom.
As Makerere University goes to the polls today, I am optimistic that they too will choose PEOPLE POWER OVER PEOPLE IN POWER.
