Presidential aspirant and People Power founder, Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine has come out to clear the air on mystery surrounding his academic documents.
While addressing Press Monday morning, Bobi Wine revealed that he skipped Primary Six and sat for P7 because his dad deemed him intelligent.
“The issue of my academic documents and age have been brought up to derail our struggle. I want to encourage all the students out there who miss exams because they haven’t paid fees on time that I went through the same,” Bobi Wine revealez
He added that the reason for attending over 10 schools throughout his time of study was because of the financial situation at home. “Most privileged Ugandans will not understand that coming from the ghetto, my parents struggled to pay school fees and that’s why I used to move from one school to another in search of cheaper options for my parents,” the Ghetto Gladiator confessed.
Bobi Wine also clarified that he was born in 1982 and not 1980 as indicated on the Parlimentary website.
The musician cum politician holds a Diploma in Music, Dance and Drama from Makerere University.
