A group of Makerere students have transformed the K’ogikwatako demonstration into campaign for Singer Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine who also happens to be the Member of Parliament for Kyadondo East.
Moving in a massive crowd, these students were spotted at Makerere University holding placards reading “Bobi Wine for President (2021”) at the same time yelling’ Museveni Ziiiiii’. The previously bitter students however had a soft side as they could not stay away from the cameras with their placards every time they spotted a journalist around.
Despite their love for Bobi Wine, this group did not forget their original purpose (K’ogikwatako campaign) as they tirelessly moved towards parliament amidst heavy police deployments allover Kampala.
Despite all the demonstrating student leaders having been arrested, these Bobi Wine diehards were last spotted around Kikoni mobilizing more students to join their cause.
