The defending champions of the University Football League, Makerere University Business School has this evening been ejected from the league.The three time champions shall not be advancing to the next stage after the group stages where they were tied with less points after failing to pick a crucial win away with Gulu University.
The Nakawa based side drew with Gulu University 1-1 this evening and they failed to get the much needed win that could see them through the group stages.
The defending champions have faced a tough season after failing to gather enough points to cruise past group B.
Busitema also made news when they made it to the knockout stage for the first time. The league has taken a new twist and looks like we will have a new champion in 2016.
