Lectures at Kyambogo university, the second biggest public uni in Uganda, have this afternoon been put on hold after some lecture rooms flooded following the Tuesday afternoon heavy down pour.
The flooded rooms in particular are those belonging to the faculty of arts and social sciences, and, vocational studies.
Wegulo John, a student of arts and social sciences has told this Website that this has been happening whenever it rains. “Even after making complaints to our cordinators, nothing seems to change so we have now resorted to looking on and letting the water take the displace us,” the serious Wegulo told Campus Bee.
According to some female students, parts of their halls of residence like Pearl hall is leaking and students have to fold their blessings whenever it rains heavily.
