Four Students of Gulu College of Health Sciences in Gulu City have been rushed to Gulu Referral Hospital after teargas canisters engulfed a section of the learners.
Our on-scene reporters confirmed that the Police fired teargas at the students in a move to prevent a suspected strike, leaving a few of the medics half conscious.
