Politics is a dirty game it has been said, but not when in comparison with poverty. Often times we have seen lives of guild presidents change within in their first few months in power and perhaps the explanation to this was the big sums of allowance during that time of office. However has anyone taken notice of what happens after their handover? Now that they have to pay tuition, forfeit their lavish apartments and sit for hours without signing for any allowances. The new modus vivendi of Mukembo Robert former guild president Gulu University 2016/2017 tells the story.
About yesterday, I got to learn of the new strategy the splendid Robert has put up to fight the never ending immiseration in his life after attaining the emeritus title. Mukembo together with four other medical students namely, Ssentongo M. Sadick, Muyanga Mark together with Senteza Nicholas have got a full package for the soon to be contestants in the forthcoming guild campaigns. “Is your campaign team in need of an upgrade in counter smear tactics and campaign counter terrorism strategies?” this team will willingly serve you without any conditions provided you can meet their cost. All they want is money and nothing else but MONEY.
It will be remembered in History that the same group last year defied all social ethics and faculty team work to back up the incumbent guild president Pr. Joseph Okidi. One thing is for real, their voodoo in politics has got its A- game rolling and you can fully trust their support. They are the kind that will break all bondages to offer you diligent services as long as your money speaks louder than the empty promises on your manifesto.
However, concerned students had some few points to not here;
- Bridget K; mark and Sadick are some of Gulu University’s biggest problems. We recently saw Mark regret his actions in supporting pastor because of his incompetence and now he is doing the same thing even before we forget the pains of last year. He should style up and use his talent for something that better rather than recklessness.
- Opolot T; these people are the biggest hypocrites the university will ever witness, they are so money minded that they will support even the weakest candidate as long as they are paid. They are such a shame to the University.
- Anonymous; forgive the doctors, they are just broke and trying to survive.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get any kind comments as per this matter; we wait to see which candidate will be more than willing to spend their money on the offer at hand already. Meanwhile, the bee wishes all capable and deserving candidates success in the forthcoming elections, till next time Aurevoir.
