I guess most guys will shy away from this article and those that will stick around will do so with one eye open. Guys seriously, it’s not the medieval times, it’s very okay to speak at women’s menstruation period. See I said it, as far as I know I’m still alive, the world hasn’t swallowed me up. Okay I’m a chic so I have a free pass by really, the fuss is overrated.  I will admit, it’s tad controversial but if you are going to date a human being that happens to be a girl, you do need to know how her body works. Plus people aren’t that weirded out by talking about sex, why should menstruation be any different.

You don’t have to crazy with it, googling and reading about it in books, whatever knowledge you grasped in primary should be enough. However, you are seeing it in a different light, your girlfriend’s light. Find out how enraging her cramps go, it is a nightmare, I should be speaking for myself but like 90% of the women in the world want to rip their tummies off their bodies in this period. Pun unintended. So find how excruciating it is for her, offer to buy her medication if she takes medicine for her pain, you will get extra points for that, trust me.

Pads aren’t a foreign phenomenon, don’t find a couple of them around and freak out, calm your tits, you look silly. I actually know some guys that secretly know their girlfriend’s cycle so as to know when to visit and when to steer clear.
