Campusers Tipped on Natural Remedies to Cure Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE) are two common sexual health concerns that can affect men of all ages including young men. It is not uncommon to hear in whispers  frustrated lovers who can keep it up in the bedroom. In simple terms Erectile dysfunction is when a man has difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection sufficient for sexual intercourse while premature ejaculation is when a man ejaculates sooner than he or his partner would like during sexual activity. While they are different issues, they can sometimes occur together and have a significant impact on a man’s self-esteem and sexual relationships.Many have men have lost lovers because they can’t sexually perform to satisfy their partners.  

Here are some of the strategies you can use to deal with Erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation

1. Consult your healthcare provider: They will evaluate your overall health and identify any underlying medical conditions that may be contributing to your sexual dysfunction. They can also prescribe medications or refer you to a specialist if necessary.

2. Practice relaxation techniques: Anxiety and stress can contribute to both ED and PE. Practicing relaxation techniques, such as deep breathing exercises, meditation, or yoga, can help you manage stress and improve your sexual performance.

3. Try different sexual positions: Experimenting with different sexual positions can help you find ones that reduce the pressure on your penis and help you last longer during intercourse.

4. Improve your lifestyle: Making healthy lifestyle choices, such as exercising regularly, eating a balanced diet, getting enough sleep, and reducing alcohol consumption, can improve your overall health and help you manage ED and PE.

5. Incorporate some food supplements in you daily routine: Certain food supplements have been used for centuries to improve sexual health. Here is a few you can try out.

• L-arginine: This amino acid is a precursor to nitric oxide, which helps to relax blood vessels and improve blood flow. Improved blood flow to the penis can help with ED.

• Panax ginseng: This herb has been shown to improve ED in some studies. It may also improve PE.

• Horny goat weed: This herb may improve ED by increasing blood flow and also increase sexual desire.

• Tribulus terrestris: This herb may improve sexual function and increase testosterone levels.

• Zinc: Zinc is an essential mineral that plays a role in testosterone production and may improve sexual function.
