Media personality Canary Mugume has blasted a Kyambogo University graduate for poorly writing an email to him seeking a job opportunity.
A Kyambogo University graduate ( anonymous identity) holding a bachelor’s degree in Social Science boldly wrote an email to NBS journalist Canary Mugume with hopes that the latter could help him secure employment.
Mugume, destroyed the young graduate’s hopes by revealing he had no job opportunity as well as lashing out that the job-optimistic graduate knew not how to write an email.
“Well, I don’t have job opportunities but I will begin by teaching this graduate how to write an email,” Canary tweeted.
Canary’s tweet left netizens debating with some castigating him for exposing the graduate.
This provoked Kyambogo University’s Minister for information and communication emeritus Aribarema Rodgers to tender his apology on behalf of the graduate and Kyambogo University at large.
Though the job-seeking graduate had no good yield out of his email, he has at least been sent back to class to perfect his email writing skills.
