The festivities commenced with a solemn Mass led by Msgr. Dr. Lawrence Ssemusu, accompanied by esteemed clergy members, and enhanced by the celestial melodies of the Kisubi University Choir. Addressing the gathered community, Br Dr. Deogratias Mugema, the Vice Chancellor of the University of Kisubi, expressed profound gratitude for the arduous yet rewarding journey towards obtaining the Charter.
