Katikamu North MP James Abraham Byandala is yet again in the centre of controversies after a mystery babe accused him of raping, ballooning and infecting her with the deadly HIV/AIDS virus.
A one Martha Angella Nabatanzi has accused the veteran politician of forcefully dipping his stiff joystick into her oil well in exchange of school fees.
The 21-year-old Nabatanzi alleges that Byandala raped her at Sports View Hotel in Kireka where he had promised to meet her and give her school fees.
“That man is very bad. That man raped me for school fees which money he never gave me. He told me if I want the money, I meet him at Sports view Hotel so that he helps me,” Nabatanzi alleges as posted on social media.
She further alleges, “That man held my mouth, tied my hands on the bed, undressed me and raped me. He told me if I ever talk, he will get me killed because he is big in the country so he can do anything.”
She adds that Byandala infected her with deadly HIV/AIDs and has since abandoned her even after ballooning her.
“Later on I realized am pregnant. I try contacting him and he refuses to pick my phone calls and he denied responsibility. Earlier when I went to police, they told me they can’t help me because Byandala is a big person in the country and right now I have his kid, a boy and he has refused to help me in anyway,” Nabatanzi says.
It should be remembered that several months ago Byandala, former Works minister was jailed in connection with more than Shs24 billion government lost in the botched upgrade of the Mukono-Katosi road.
During one of his trials at Anti-Corruption Court, Byandala punched a female television journalist in the stomach for taking his photos.

I am Nabatanzi Martha Angella and 21years old from Uganda. I want you to help me publish this story everywhere because I need help and life is hard for me. That man is very bad.
I am telling you my story, it’s about rape. A man called Abraham Byandala James, 68 years, politician raped me. That man raped me for school fees which money he never gave me. He told me if I want the money, I meet him at Sports view Hotel so that he helps me. That man held my mouth, tied my hands on the bed, undressed me and raped me. He told me if I ever talk, he will get me killed because his big in the country so he can do anything.
That Byandala gave me HIV/AIDs and STDs. I had many problems and things were not good for me at home. I couldn’t tell anyone, ‘not a friend or who. I don’t even have close friends. He continued threatening me. Later on I realised am pregnant. I try contacting him and he refuses to pick my phone calls He denied responsibility. Earlier when I went to police, they told me they can’t help me because Byandala is big person in the country and they can’t help me.
Right now I have his kid, a boy and he has refused to help me in anyway. My family fears him because he is a big person in the country. The only thing that is giving me joy and a smile is this child.
Byandala speaks out
“I want you to organize yourself and take me to any hospital of your choice, I am ready to carry out an HIV test. I don’t want to dictate which hospital you should take me,” Byandala said.
When our snoop asked him if he knows Natabanzi, Byandala said, “Yes I know her. She only wants to extort money from me.”
“And if she says am the father of her kid then I am also ready to go for a DNA test,” he added.
