The academic registrar of Gulu University, Mr Jerry Bagaya, has announced the graduation date for the Northern based-Gulu university. In a letter that was released today, the academic registrar announced that the 14th Graduation Ceremony will take place on Saturday 19th January 2019at Gulu University Main campus.

The prospective Graduands are to pay a graduation-related fee of a sum of 130,000/= before they can be allowed to graduate. “Note that the graduation related fee: Graduation 100,000/=, Convocation 10,000/=, Transcript 10,000/=, Certificate 10,000/=”, reads a section of the announcement. The payments are to be made in an online payment system at payments.gu.ac.ug.
The academic registrar informed the prospective graduates that they will have to cater for their own graduation gowns and samples of the gowns are available for viewing at the Admissions Office, Department of Academic registrar. The students must also submit a recent passport sized photo to the transport office.
