A leaked Kyambogo university engineering examination’s instructions to candidates shocked internet users Monday afternoon.
”Crying is allowed but do so quietly” was the instruction that shocked netizens. The first year semester two students were sitting ‘Strength of Engineering’ end of semester paper under the department of Civil Engineering.
