It is a dark day at the Mukoko based Uganda Christian University as it is clouded by sad news. The mood this morning was sombre when the university announced the passing on of the son of the Dean of Faculty of Education and Arts who died a day after his wedding.
Now, more sad news reaching the Hive indicate that a fourth year female student of civil and environmental engineering, Scovia Turinawe, has passed on.
The university, through its socials announced; “It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ms. Scovia Turianawe, a fourth year Civil and Environmental Engineering (BSCEE4) Student. Scovia died this morning at 2 a.m. from Nakasero Hospital.”
The burial will be held tomorrow Tuesday 8th December, 2020 at their home in Nyakaaka, Mushumba, Ndekye, Rubirizi District.
