James Uwimpuhwe, the Rwandan boy that drowned in the Makerere University swimming pool, has left his single mother in never ending tears. Uwimpuhwe was a second year student studying a Bachelor of Arts in Arts by the time of his unlikely demise.
According to one of the deceased’s friends who made way to Abii Clinic in Wandegeya after it was announced that he had died, Uwimpuhwe’s mother was in deep pain when she was called about the matter.
‘She was speaking in Kinyarwanda, we could not understand but she was in pain and crying.”
The lady, who is in Rwanda, has since made her way to Kampala to sign on the form that allows the mortuary to carry out a postmortem and later collect the body for burial.
May his soul rest in peace.
