Guild presidential hopefuls at Makerere University Business School could not wait any longer as parties have started fronting their different would be flag bearers. Independent candidates too are not taking anything for granted.

Friday 24th November evening heavy down pour found a one Jotham Ataho ‘lying low’ to repaint the faint zebra crossing next to the Nakawa based school’s main gate. According to sources close to Jotham, the second year Bachelor of transport and logistics student is hoping to run for guild presidency on the independent ticket.
Jotham told this website that with over 2.5 million Ugandans losing lives annually due to road accidents, he took the initiative of spearheading the fight towards saving innocent lives.
“It was a solution oriented campaign that will impact the Makerere University Businesses School Community. We managed to to re-paint the faint zebra crossing next to the main gate used by thousands of students and the entire Nakawa community,” – The guild hopeful told our reporter.
Jotham continues to front himself under the “Ataho Jotham cares” hash tag and believes he can beat all odds to be the next Guild President after Uganda Young Democrats (UYD) Emmanuel Awori Siryori who beat FDC’s Walter Niwagaba in the controversial 2016/2017 polls.
