Former Kawempe South legislator Mubarak Munyagwa Sserunga is among the students who have been cleared for graduation at Makerere University School of Law.
The politician who has been at law school since 2016 will finally graduate during the forthcoming 75th Makerere University graduation.
Makerere School of Law released its first provisional graduation list this week. More provisional lists are expected to be out next week.
The provisional lists from law school have come in earlier than the those of other colleges in order to have law graduands enroll for LDC, whose application deadline is July 17th.
According to the first provisional list, only 127 students have met all graduation requirements. Other students, who are believed to be the majority, wee still struggling with missing marks.
Makerere University’s 75th graduation ceremony will be held from January 13th to January 17th, 2024. The school of law is among the first colleges whose students will be conferred upon different degrees during the five-day ceremony.
