The former Superior General of Brothers of St. Charles Lwanga and now deceased, Brother Nobert Emmanuel Mugarura regularly sodomized and sexually abused his murderer and former lover Robert Asiimwe of Kyambogo University.
An inside source has revealed that the Catholic Brother, who was looking after and paying school fees for Asiimwe had him pay back in form of sex regularly until the fateful night when he sent him to God using a panga.
The investigations of the Police found out that the deceased also abused several other victims from Brother instructed schools in Masaka by luring them into posh hotels and consequently crucifying them by his merciless member. Some of them, he would crucify from Monasteries including Rubaga, the report revealed.
Police disclosed that during their interrogation of the murderer, Asiimwe confessed to having killed the Brother as a result of sexual abuse that goes up to seven years back when he was a student at St. Charles Lwanga in Kitabi, Bushenyi District.
“Available data on Brother Mugarura’s phone suggests that he had been harassing the accused since 2013. In the chat of the deceased with Asiimwe on July 2, Mugarura acknowledged having met him over 30 times before to engage in sodomy” investigators say.
Police were also able to trace pornographic content from the Brothers phone which he used to send to the murderer student. It is believed that he would send it to turn him on before he would then go to him and abuse him.

Police also got phone prints of the fateful day where Bro Mugarura called Asiimwe and informed him about the meeting at his Kyambogo Hostel. What first shocked our snoops was how a Catholic Church leader of his caliber could want to sleep in a dirty slum in Banda with all the resources that were at his disposal.
In the Catholic Church, a Brother is someone who has taken vows of a certain religious order but has not been ordained to priesthood. But like the priests, Brothers are not supposed to marry. Although, for them, they can serve for a certain period and leave the profession at will.
