Credible information reaching Campus Bee indicates that popular female police officer, Pamela Kentaro, who has been accused of spying on Bobi Wine was once married to Bruce Balaba Kabaasa, the Makerere University Chairperson Appointments Board, about seven years ago.
More information shows that Kentaro and Balaba wedded from Kampala Serena Hotel, in a ceremony that was graced by business executives and top government officials. Apparently, the couple hail from Kabale District, Western Uganda.
It is said that the couple broke up six months after the wedding over what they described as “irreconcilable differences.” Following their breakup, Kentaro later joined the police force and she is currently serving under the Police’s Counter Terrorism docket.
The sizzling hot Kentaro went viral after a passenger on Kenya Airways took a picture showing her standing next to Bobi Wine as they headed to Entebbe International Airport, on Thursday 20th September.
Close friends to Kentaro describe her as a socialite who attends most of the music concerts in the city. “She is a very jolly, social and amiable woman. She is dependable and cares for her relatives and friends. But she is tough and results-oriented while on duty.” said Timothy K, a close friend to Kentaro..
After going viral all over social media, Kentaro has on today Friday 21st September dismissed claims of spying on Bobi Wine, saying she has been friends with the Kyadondo legislator for some time.
“It’s quite absurd that a lot of negativity is being spread about me having been planted as a spy on Hon. Kyagulanyi. Bobi and I have been friends from way back and he knows that I am a police officer.” Kentaro said.
