Following her fantastic performance at last year’s face of MUK finale, Keishura Aimy has landed on her first studio produced joint which features another Makerere talent in the names of Genius Levy. The two Makerere fellows have united on a love song titled “Turn me on” which was produced by Lafitte Beatz and written by Genius Levy.
While speaking to Genius Levy on how he linked up with Keishura, the “Turn me on” collaborator revealed that he was touched by Keishura’s talent when he spotted her in the 2017 Face of MUK competitions, “Every human deserves an opportunity, I spotted this young lady at the recently concluded Face of Muk competitions and was really touched by her talent. To my expectation she emerged winner due to her amazing vocals and talent” Genius Levy revealed.
Keishura’s musical journey began from a church in Kikoni who has now re branded to “Pretty Aimy” as her stage name. Last year she left many people overwhelmed by her talent when she delivered a powerful performance to Adele’s “Hello”.
In case the name Genius Levy does not ring a bell, well, he is also known as Allan Buyinza, a third year student at Makerere University who is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Community Psychology. He is currently signed to Leone Island which was founded by Jose Chameleone.
