Over the years, Makerere University has been infamous for scandals of sexual harassment by lecturers on students, and another related vice which is generally termed as ‘sexual marks.’
Marks in Makerere have proven to be sexually transmitted: where lecturers bed the hottest and dumbest girls on campus, promising them to pass with flying colours (straight A+) in their course units.
Undoubtedly the most famous student at The Ivory Tower over the past half-a-decade, the self-proclaimed Revolutionary Son is a man of his words. He has always headlined the bloodiest strikes during his time in Makerere.
In the communiqué shared on Facebook, Wanyera tackled the most pressing issues in Makerere.

I salute you all, Gallant ladies and gentlemen of the Mighty Makerere University. I hope you are all well, beautiful people.
A lot has been said and done, to stop your voice from being heard. And that’s why you have heard many ill-talk the appointment that I have duly received. Those that attended with me my first ceremony as Academics Minister of the 83rd guild, must have witnessed the Mafia tremble when I spoke; when I swore to serve the interests of my bosses: you my people.
On that note I can reiterate my solemn promise, by saying that the I.Ds that the first year students paid for but never received, must be worked on with immediate effect. The transcripts that our elders have demanded for must be issued with immediate effect. The missing marks that demoralise us will become history — mark my words — and those lecturers that turned sexual marks into a compulsory course unit will rot where they belong: in Luzira!
