A first year student at Makerere University Business School Nakawa student has been charged for being in possession of narcotic drugs.
Muhammed Atwine from the Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Business Administration has been charged before City Hall Court grade one magistrate Elias Kakooza but pleaded innocent to the charges.
However, the magistrate released him on bail after being informed that the student was doing his exams.
Prosecution says Atwine on May 19th 2015 at Kulambiro in Nakawa division had in possession without lawful excuse a narcotic drug.
He is to re-appear before Court on June 8th 2015 for mention of the case.
