Victoria Kojoki, a second year student of Medicine and Surgery at Kampala International University [KIU] Ishaka Campus and also a daughter to the former Deputy Inspector General of Government [IGG], Raphael Baku, is reportedly missing.
According to Martha Nyaburu, a friend and also a student at the same campus doing Pharmacy, Kojoki went to visit a friend over the weekend and went missing on Sunday morning at 6am. “Very early on Sunday morning, Kojoki left the friend she had gone to visit sleeping. On waking up, she found that Kojoki had gone but left her belongings behind only to try reaching her on her phone numbers but were switched off,” she added. Her phone numbers have been off up to date.
Other sources tell this website that Kojoki had told friends she was going to go to Nairobi to have fun with her friends. “She told us she is going to go to Nairobi to have fun with her friends but the friends she was supposed to go out with are still around,” sources told this website.
Below is Kojoki’s most recent facebook status posted on July 1st at 3:19am;
“Late at night…the wheels in my brain start turning
I start to unravel……
My eyes leak as I struggle to keep my head above the water…its always been too shallow to drown… but finally today.. .maybe the water is deep enough!!!”
