In the recent reshuffle of Resident City Commissioners, Resident District Commissioners and their deputies by president Yoweri Museveni, many changes are quite notable.
The notable ones include the appointment of Moses Ariho, a former guild president at Kampala International University who has been blessed with the seat of Resident City Commissioner for Mbarara City’s South Division.
Moses Ariho served as a guild president at Kampala International University (KIU) during the 2019/2022 regime where his leadership was credited by administration for it’s outperformance.
Upon becoming a guild president, Moses Ariho had said that it was only the start of his political journey and little did he know that his dream would come to pass. Moses Ariho will now serve Mbarara as a Resident Commissioner in partnership with the other RCCs.
