The National Resistance Movement (NRM) has bagged another parliamentary seat. Phiona Nyamutoro on Friday beat eleven independent candidates that were all vying for the National Female Youth MP seat.
Phiona Nyamutoro is a Charismatic and Patriotic Ugandan youth mentor and ardent Development Practitioner.
She holds a First class Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies and a Master’s in Public Administration and Management from Makerere University.
Nyamutoro garnered a total of 296 votes during the National Youth Conference.
The National Female Youth MP elect comprehensively secured working experiences with young people in different fields among others, Vice Guild President Makerere University 2015-2016, as a member of the National Youth Council Representing Nebbi District, etc.
