Three days have so far passed by as the whereabouts of the former People Power guild aspirant at Makerere, Mukisa Joshua William are still unknown.
Unconfirmed reports from Mukisa’s friends allege that days prior, the former guild aspirant had been receiving strange phone calls from unknown people that were threatening to take him if he doesn’t denounce People Power.
Residents of his hall Lumumba say that they last saw him in the previous week. They confirmed to Campus Bee that his known phones are currently off and were left abandoned in his room.
The students had earlier told Campus Bee that they would confirm that the gentleman is missing if he missed his end of semester paper of Principles of International Law II that was sat today morning.
According to reliable sources from the School of Law, he actually missed the paper throwing both his classmates and friends from Lumumba in a state of quagmire.
His family, that are equally worried, have said they have no option now but to file a missing person’s case with the Uganda Police.
