In the recent reshuffle of Ugandan ambassadors to different coiuntries, President Museveni appointed Mr. Amoru Omiat as Uganda’s ambassador to south Africa.
Mr Amoru is an alumnus of Uganda Christian University (UCU) Mukono who served as the institution Guild President between 2005 and 2006 while he was pursuing Bachelor of Arts in mass communication.
UCU on its media platforms congratulated Hon Amoru and thanked him for rising UCU flag high.
“We congratulate our former guild president Hon. Paul Amoru Omiat for being appointed as Uganda’s ambassador to Pretoria, South Africa. Hon Amoru graduated in 2006 with BA. Arts in Mass Communication,’’ UCU congratulated Hon. Amoru.
Previously, Hon. Amoru served as an Editor at Daily monitor and Public Relations Officer of Uganda Business and Technical Examinations Board.
