The Centre last year decided to allow two cabinets to govern the students, as if to divide the campuses, something that did not happen the previous academic year, 2018/2019, the pioneer year that first tasted the two campus experience.
In that year, while the Kampala campus elected the guild president, the vice president came from the Mbarara campus. In this academic year, a pioneer in its own right, the two campuses will have different guilds.
