The heavy rain pours that sealed off Kampala city left many places flooding with water and former Victoria university [now Uganda Cares] was no exception.
In this picture, we see a number of cars struggling to get through deep waters just next to the former university premises. 
Among other flooded areas include Lugogo cricket oval, roads near Shoprite Lugogo and more other surrounding areas in the city.
Business in the city was brought to a standstill as well as transport slowing down afternoon students to and from the city.
