Former Makerere Guild aspirant and law student, Simon Ssenyonga has taken to social media to imply that city businessman and NRM regime critic, Frank Gashumba, was arrested by Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI) because he attacked Prophet Elvis Mbonye.
Ssenyonga said that “an attack on a man of God is an attack on God.”
Below is his missive;
“Many logical minds will justify Gahsumbas arrest with all manner of explanations,but I tell you, this is bigger than what meets the eye.
Be not deceived, life is spiritual, like it or not, understand it or not.. All things are first spiritual before they are physical. This extends to arrests.
In the past weeks, we have seen exposure of debts of leading media companies, now the arrest of such folk who attacked what they didn’t know…more is coming. We see and know their secrets.You will see them, one by one shaken to the core and they will not just crumble, they will (not may) FALL.Unless they have repentant hearts, they have been judged by the Spirit of God.
The world thought they had seen Christians, a new breed of Christians has arisen, GOD’S REMNANTS. We subscribe to no dead Christianity.We know who called us and we need no commendation from any uncircumcised Philistines. You attack our leader, be sure of your reward, an arrest is just the least reward.
Like it or not, God is very serious with his children, CHRISTIANITY IS SUPERNATURAL AND YOU ATTACK US CARNALLY, WE TAKE YOU ON SUPERNATURALLY… YOU WON’T KNOW WHAT HIT YOU. An attack on a man of God is an attack on God.
#RemnantRevolution
#UnapologeticBreed.”
The post received mixed reactions from his friends; some in support and others dissenting.
A one Musinguzi Twine shit back; “How does Mbonye come in hear ,its only those that didnt know Gashumba are surprised of his arrest but some of us saw this coming .We know of his bad deeds and him using police to con investers .I know that Mbonye is a man of God and he is powerful but dont take the credit here cz some is are observant too.”
Ssenyonga’s female friend, Joanna Zionite whighed in; “His arrest is a classic example of Hebrews 11:3, where things that are seen were not made of things that appear. It’s spiritual indeed. This was birthed in the spirit. He shot himself in the foot when he touched God’s anointed. It was only a matter of time for the infallibility of God’s word to manifest.”
