It was a gloomy moment as Daisy Ruth Kirabo; a 20 year old and first year Bachelor’s of Science in Information Technology student at Uganda Christian University (UCU) was laid to rest on Saturday.

The deceased passed away on Friday under unclear circumstances but sources close to the family revealed that she had a persistent health complication but unfortunately succumbed to it.

Friends to the deceased took to various social media platforms to extend their condolences and pen their good bye messages to the late Kirabo.

“Rest Well Daisy kirabo, you have been an amazing person. UCU community mourns with family and friends. Be strong and be happy for she has gone to a better place.” reads a post by the UCU Guild President, Timothy Kadaga.

“May the Lord grant us the grace and courage to face the days, weeks and years ahead when Daisy will no longer be amongst us. You have run the race my daughter and you are now in glory” reads another goodbye message by one of the deceased’s relatives.

May Kirabo’s soul continue Resting in Peace.
