Miss Uganda 2012/2013, Phiona Bizzu was on Saturday caught cheating in a test. The second year student of Makerere University Business School [MUBS] was caught consulting Google on her Samsung phone for answers to some tough questions. She was immediately stopped from doing the business research skills test and told to write a statement. Her phone too was confiscated.
Cheating exams in MUBS is illegal and if caught one risks being disqualified from the University. However, in a statement seen by this writer, Bizzu says that she was simply replying to her WhatsApp texts and not cheating as the invigilator insists. Bizzu also stands higher chances of getting a retake….this is more like adding salt to injury since she already has a fleet of retakes.
