The internet yesterday was abuzz with rumours of the new “Be My Date” host and Makerere Univeristy Business School [Mubs] student, Betty Nassali aka Bettinah Tianah dropping out of campus due to a ‘fleet of retakes.’ The Human Resource third year student has come out to rubbish these rumours saying that she is still dedicated to acquiring her degree.
“I am still in school and I had lecture today, which I attended.” Bettinah said. “I expect tabloids to write all sorts of things about me but at least let me get their facts right before running erroneous stories about me.”
Bettinah was named the new “Be My Date” host, a TV show that airs on NTV Uganda every Sunday after the initial host, Anita Fabiola was fired months ago after her nude photos leaked on social media.
