Last week between Thursday and Friday was the most joyous moment for MUK students as the long awaited graduation ceremony was held. As fashionistas, we embraced the new idea of the branded MAK gowns but as for gents, we believe graduation attire is more than that mere gentle look of putting on a suit as per the tradition. We hereby bring you the top 5 best suits that turned on our fashion moods.
5. Claude Louis Nsobya (Bachelor of Environmental Science)
Apart from being the best in the course, Louis pulled off a grey Casilla Men’s Turkey Single Button Suit. He complemented this suit with a watch- a metallic strapped
Roberto Paggio Black watch. His shoe taste wasn’t a disappointing one as he rocked a Slim Toe shaped shiny leather ASOS with a chunky brown sole.
4. Mathew Murungi
Tailored suits are never a bad choice when you add something Unique to them. It’s a common look to rock a blue suit and Brown shoes but designer Little Red Curious gave this popular look a twist. The kitenge Ankara Tie and pocket square left everyone praising this proud African.
3. Willis Kilule
Willis nailed it with a single button grey Ventura Slim Fit suit with no crease lines. As if he hadn’t given us enough mouth watering looks, he added on Dark Grey Florsheim shoes fading in black. The simple white dotted shirt gave an ample back ground to the dotted tie. Just like all gentleman, your arm wrist determines who you are?? so he completed the look with an Obaku watch straight outta Denmark.
2. Calvin Amwiine
This 3 piece suit with a dotted scaly jacket left a landmark at Freedom Square. It took a walk away from the majority single colored ones. The maroon bow tie made everyone wonder if Blue and Maroon can ryhme but Calvin’s pic will answer all your questions.
1. Andrew Musoke
Ever wondered why graduands venture into sectors not inline with their courses?. Some graduands are passionate in those sectors just like how Andrew is fashionably obsessed.
This Three Piece Suit had a Double Breast Waist Coat, with polka dots on the jacket and a flower in the pocket square. Since the jacket had gold buttons, he reflected the same gold touch on the shoe edges Sylvia Owori should indeed be on the look out?.
