Gulu University: Admission Letters Ready for Picking

With the 2023/2024 Academic year kicking off in a few weeks, universities across the land are readying everything in place to welcome new students.

Gulu University has confirmed that admission letters for admitted students, both Government and private sponsorship scheme, are now available.

This, according to the Academic Registrar Jerry Bagaya.

“The Academic Registrar requests all persons admitted under government sponsorship for the Academic Year 2023/2024 to collect admission letters effective July 26, 2023 from the Admissions Office, Department of the Academic Registrar, Gulu University,” a memo read in part.

Applicants are required to come along with the following:

1. Original UCE and UACE Result slips (for A-Level Leavers) or transcript (For Diploma and degree holders).
2. Identity Card from your previous school/institution.
   Note that admission letters must be picked by the admitted persons and not third parties.
