Dr. Jerry Bagaya, the Academic Registrar of Gulu University, has in a letter to the general public, intimated that the 2021/2022 Academic Year will officially commence on January 3, 2022.
All students admitted in accordance with the recently released admission lists, have in the same letter been enjoined to pick their Admission Letters from their respective faculties/institutes or campuses, upon reporting for their orientation exercise on the day of commencement.
Dr. Jerry Bagaya has further implored the concerned students to report with their original academic documents, birth certificate and previous school/ institution identity card.
For those aggrieved by the recently released admission lists, Dr. Bagaya has advised them to lodge their appeal by way of email to admissions@gu.ac.ug with an indication of the application form number and the reasons informing the appeal.
