The latest news on our desk have it that the freshers’ special party organised by the guild council together with the administration will not take place tonight as planned. Below is an official statement from the Ministry of Social and Cultural affairs;
“Gulu University student fraternity are hereby informed that due to unavoidanle circumstances, the freshers’ ball that was scheduled to take place today has been rescheduled for Saturday 20th Sep. 2014.
We apologise for all inconvinience that may be caused.
We look forward to cooperating with you.
