The Academic Registrar of Gulu University Dr Jerry Bagaya has officially released an academic program for all continuing students as they are resuming their studies from the COVID-19 lockdown.
According to Dr Bagaya, on 16th November 2020, Gulu University applied to National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) for authority to conduct online learning classes.
The 2019/2020 second semester will resume on 7th December 2020 up to 14th February 2021.

In the program, a blended learning model will be explored where students more practical courses such as Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery will be able to attend face to face sessions provided COVID-19 SOPs are followed.
The management has also proposed that new university entrants (freshers) report on 29th March 2021 as the 2021/2022 Academic Year begins.
