The office of the academic registrar Gulu university has released the list of successful applicant appeals for the academic year 2021/2022.
The list constitutes appeals for graduate entry, direct entry, diploma, mature age as well as Higher education access certificate entry applicants.
From a list of 143 applicants for appeal, only 77 appellants were successfully admitted as the rest were rejected on several grounds such as lack of enough qualifications and not applying through the online system.
The 66 rejected appeals include: 9 graduate entry appellants, 18 on diploma, 5 at mature entry and 34 from the direct entry scheme which took the lion’s share of rejected appeals.
Gulu university -like other universities, will prioritize blended learning for the 2021/2022 academic year with freshers learning physically first as the rest study online awaiting their turn to study physically on campus.
