Sombre mood all over Gulu University after the tragic news of the demise of a professor in the department of pathology at the university’s faculty of medicine.
According to a memo that Campus Bee has seen, the deceased professor has been identified as Prof. Mark James Obwolo.
A memo adds that the Professor passed on Wednesday, 27th April, 2022 in the United Kingdom (UK).

“With a deep sorrow, I regret to inform you about the untime death of Professor Mark James Obwolo who was a professor in the department of pathology at faculty of medicine, Gulu University,” reads a memo.
A memo adds,” arrangements to bring back the body to Uganda and burial arrangements will be communicated later.” May his soul rest in peace .
