As the year comes to a close, several universities have registered loss of students that have succumbed to different causes.
The latest tragic news comes from Ndejje University where a final year student has been announced dead.
Kansiime Daisy Bridget, a a Bachelor of Procurement & Logistics management student in her third-year is said to have sadly passed on.
This was according to the university notice on X.
“Ndejje University sadly announces the passing of Ms. Kansiime Daisy Bridget, a dedicated third-year student who was pursuing a Bachelor of Procurement & Logistics management . We extend condolences to her family and friends. 2 Timothy 4:7. Rest in Peace Daisy,” the university tweeted.
Details regarding the cause of death are quite scanty as friends and family continue to struggle with the news in such a difficult moment.
In the past few weeks, several students have been pronounced dead, the latest before Ndejje’s Daisy was from Kabale University, preceded by a Masters student at Makerere.
