It is a very dark morning as Kyambogo University fraternity (forthcoming graduation cohort in particular) are mourning one of their own graduands, Ms Provia Abenaitwe, 27, who passed on yesterday July 18.
The deceased had fully completed her studies in pursuit for the Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies (BDS) only to breathe her last amidst a situation that left the institution’s graduation hanging in balance.
“To the Kyambogo University fraternity, lecturers and students year 2017 to 2020; We are saddened by death of our coursemate Provia Abenaitwe (finalist). May God grant her life eternity and forgive her life mishandlings” a one Sharon Tashus announced on Facebook.
With disbelief, Provia’s friends couldn’t take in the unfortunate news of Provia’s untimely passing until the information was officially communicated. It is reported that the late Abenaitwe succumbed to a chronic illness.
May the soul of the deceased Rest in eternal Peace.
